Tasty and Classy Thai green curry

( Photo was taken on 26 Aug 2016 )

Thai green curry in mini utensil on flat basket . Actually , this Thai curry is not a home cook , it was bought from the local market . My mom had an idea to pour the curry in the small kitchen utensil and put the utensil on the Thai style flat basket for art decoration . So , I took the photo of it . The curry looks so tasty and classy when it comes to proper decorating . After taking photo , we enjoyed this curry together until it was empty .

  • Thai green curry is one of the most famous Thai dish and one of the Thai’s signature recipe . The curry is mainly cooked by green chilies paste , coconut milk and fish sauce . It’s very hot and spicy but tasty . It’s one of the most popular curry in Thailand and you could find it everywhere . The curry is perfectly well-match with rice ( or Thai jasmine rice ) , sometime with rice noodle .
  • Flat basket is being used from the ancient time in Thailand . It’s made of wickers so it would be known as ” wicker basket ” . It’s a container that commonly used in household to contain things like fruits or vegetables . Sometime it can be used to contain chilies and dry them outdoor . Today , wicker basket is an export product of Thailand and it’s still used mostly on the countryside .

City of light & shadow

Beautiful contrast between light & shadow on cityscape

I took this photo shot when I just came out of Ekkamai Gateway on evening . The building of Ekkamai Gateway seem to block the sunlight . So , the sunshine was on the buildings far behind while the area of the left side ( BTS station and sky railway ) and right side ( the building of Ekkamai Gateway ) was in the shadow . So , it’s a beautiful contrast between light and shadow tone of the city scenery . The far behind buildings was look so shine among the others thing on scene . It’s so beautiful scenery in the city of Bangkok .

Little hole of light in the dark cloudy sky

Epic little hole of light with some philosophy behind it

One day , I was walking on the Sky walk that connects between Siam Paragon and Central World ( shopping malls in Bangkok ) , I suddenly saw this epic scene . The sky of that day was completely covered with dark clouds but there was a little hole ( or tunnel ) of light appeared on it . So , I took a photo shot immediately and this was one of my best photo shot ever .

This photo seem to have a philosophy in itself . Even there are the darkness covers , there is always a light . As long as there are a light , there is a hope . Sometime nature can be a teacher and teach us something . If we take a look carefully , we could learn some lesson from things around us .

Therefore , I would remind to myself ” there is always a hope for us ” even we are in the darkest day of our life .

Violet sunset sky with silhouette townhouses

RARE Violet sky contrast silhouette building

I was accidentally go out of my house and saw this beautiful scene , good to take a shot of it . The sunset sky look so violet , very beautiful color tone . Also , it was almost dark so that the buildings around the area were dark like silhouette . So , this photo is a good contrast between the violet tone of the sky and the dark tone of the retro townhouse buildings , quite rarely to see . However , I personally think it would be much better if there are no electric poles and wires there . The silhouette of them are quite disturbing for me and not look good for the scene .
